We are building an integrated Decision Science platform including tools for the Investment in, Management of, and Optimization of single family homes for rent. Picket’s technology is built in the US, Poland, Ukraine and Vietnam by a team of high-bar engineers, designers, and data scientists who are purpose-driven and product savvy.

In addition to building transformative technology, we are also acting as an operator, performing the actions of acquiring and managing homes through our subsidiaries. 

Our goal is to scale our business to compete with the largest SFR operators, and to do so with the efficiencies of using purpose-built technology at scale. By leveraging this scale, we can establish ourselves as the first consumer brand in housing, where none exists today.

Picket is venture funded, with strong capital support from investors with knowledge and experience in both the property technology space as well as consumer verticals.
