What I liked:
- Môi trường quốc tế, chuyên làm với khách hàng Châu Âu, Singapore. Công ty có giáo viên dạy Tiếng Anh full time, tham gia học miễn phí => Trình độ tiếng Anh lên nhanh.
- Flexible working hours, không chấm vân tay hay quản lý thời gian, miễn là xong việc. Hybrid, mỗi tuần được chọn 1 ngày wfh tuỳ thích, không sử dụng thì không được cộng dồn => dễ dàng sắp xếp công việc
- Khách hàng nice, gần gũi, supportive. Nhưng đấy là khách hàng của mình, không biết khách hàng khác thế nào. Nhưng nói chung là rất văn minh.
- Cả công ty và khách hàng đều chú trọng work-life balance nên không khuyến khích làm việc ngoài giờ. Làm ngoài giờ còn bị sếp với khách nhắc nhở 🤣
- Cấu trúc công ty khá flat, ở Việt Nam ít cấp quản lý, các sếp cũng rất gần gũi anh em, không trịch thượng
- Công ty có hệ thống học tập riêng, đa dạng các khoá học, chỉ sợ không có thời gian học, công ty cho học chứng chỉ Google Cloud miễn phí
- Công ty cấp laptop và môi trường làm việc đầy đủ
- Công ty nước ngoài nên rất chú trọng tuân thủ luật, chế độ đầy đủ rõ ràng theo luật Lao động, đóng bảo hiểm đầy đủ, lương chỉ nhận trước hoặc đúng ngày, không bao giờ nợ hay chậm lương
- Mỗi quý được cấp tiền team building 200k/người
- Hầu như tháng nào cũng được nhận tiền công đoàn 500k/lần
- Công ty mua bảo hiểm sức khoẻ quyền lợi cao, đi khám đỡ được kha khá
Tuỳ từng khách hàng sẽ yêu cầu OT hay không nhưng hầu như không có OT, nếu có thì sẽ log time & được trả tiền OT đầy đủ
Suggestions for improvement:
- Văn phòng không được long lanh như bên khác nhưng với mình như vậy là đủ
- Do budget cho du lịch không nhiều nên đi du lịch chỉ 3 ngày, nhưng cũng đều là ở khách sạn 4-5 sao
- Chỉ có tháng lương thứ 13 chứ không có các khoản thưởng khác
- Các team làm khác project ít giao lưu với nhau, cái này thì bản thân phải chủ động kết nối nếu muốn làm quen đồng nghiệp team khác
- Công ty ít project, ít có cơ hội switch sang project khác hay vị trí khác
lương khá tốt, đồng nghiệp giỏi, hoà đồng. Môi trường nói TA
