What I liked:
Coworkers are non-toxic, helpful and friendly, cordial. The senior members are very experienced in their fields and good at whatever tech stacks they work on. However because of their seniority the senior employees can be very opinionated at times so beware of this little setback.
Did not have to do OT much, worktime is very flexible.
Suggestions for improvement:
None, feels like a family for real if you work here long term. The boss and general office manager are very approachable and personable. Finance wise I think like the other reviews have mentioned they might need to take on bigger ones since the compensation package they offer is clearly limited by the range and size of the clients.
