What I liked:
- Văn phòng đẹp, đồng nghiệp hòa đồng, thân thiện, công ty có nhiều hoạt động kết nối.
_ NV được giao nhiều việc nên SV mới ra trường sẽ học hỏi được nhiều.
Lúc trước OT chỉ 60% ngày thường nhưng giờ đã được cải thiện = với mặt bằng chung.
Suggestions for improvement:
_ Tăng lương chậm.
_ Chưa có chế độ lương thưởng đúng với năng lực nhân viên.
_ Giao việc không đồng đều cho nv.
Cũng khá được đấy
