ở đây phù hợp cho những bạn hoạt động độc lập, fresher ở đây e rằng hơi khó
Đáng để cấu nghiến và phát triển cho những ai có kỹ thuật tốt sẽ phát huy hết khả năng và ngày càng giỏi lên. Còn ko thì vô làm sẽ bị tẩu hoả nhập ma
ít OT , hoặc lâu lâu có deadline mới OT

Suggestions for improvement:
nên có thêm nhiều buổi Seminar để chia sẻ kinh nghiệm và upskill nhân viên
Công ty văn hoá tốt, sếp thân thiện, mội trường ấm cúng

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
