Kilimo company is a 100% Vietnamese company founded by a Dutch former banker early 2019. In 2019 it won the first price in the category early stage startups during the Fintech Challenge 2019. It’s key value proposition is a marketplace where farmers can buy agri inputs online, the Kilimo marketplace. What the platform makes unique is the option for farmers to purchase their goods on credit through the buy now pay later option.
