What I liked:
Bãi đỗ xe rộng rãi, văn phòng đẹp.

Công việc có ý nghĩa
Lãnh đạo giỏi và tâm huyết
Sòng phẳng và rõ ràng, không nhiều doanh nghiệp làm được
Suggestions for improvement:
Thu nhập tương đối thấp so với mặt bằng chung
Quy mô chưa đủ lớn nên việc nghiên cứu luôn phải gắn liền với việc sinh ra lợi nhuận ngắn hạn
Môi trường làm việc tốt, thân thiện hòa đồng, có khả năng phát triển bản thân.

What I liked
The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
