Môi trường tốt, chế độ tốt

What I liked:
Đồng nghiệp tốt, sếp rất thoải mái. Mọi người vui vẻ, thân thiện, nhiều tài lẻ.
Công ty mới thành lập chưa được năm mà chế độ làm việc đã khá ổn rồi.
Có kẹo bánh ăn vặt, cà phê, trà đủ cả, tủ lạnh bự chà bá uống cả ngày không hết đá.
Được làm việc trực tiếp với nhau và với cả người Nhật, người Mĩ, Trung Quốc nên tiếng Anh có cơ hội tăng level.
Công ty Nhật nên bảo đảm quyền lợi lao động tốt, không lo rủi ro này kia như nhiều startup khác.
Công ty không OT nên mình có thời gian buổi tối làm nhiều việc cá nhân.
Suggestions for improvement:
Văn phòng đẹp, nhưng cái máy lạnh của tòa nhà hay dở chứng. Chấp nhận được.
Công ty tốt môi trường tốt, văn hóa, tốt.

Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
