What I liked:
1 Năm 1 ngày Happy day. Thưởng rất nhiều, cỡ 4 lần 5 lần Basic wage.
Lương thưởng phân minh, OT rạch ròi. Làm nhiều hưởng nhiều, làm ít được ít.
Suggestions for improvement:
Coi nhân viên như công cụ. Thích là cho nghỉ bất cần lý do. Mỗi khi đã nghỉ ở Huawei rồi là được liệt kê vào Black list của Huawei luôn. Đố mà tuyển vào được lần khác dù ở bất cứ đất nước nào, công việc gì. Kinh lắm!!!!!

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
