Môi trường tốt, nhiều khoản thưởng nhỏ nhỏ, ít làm thêm ngoài giờ, đồng nghiệp ổn
Công ty không làm thêm ngoài giờ quá nhiều, phần lớn là tùy chọn
Suggestions for improvement:
Công ty cần tập trung cải thiện chính sách lương và đào tạo để tạo sự hài lòng cho nhân viên. Việc nâng cao mức lương cùng chế độ đãi ngộ sẽ thúc đẩy động viên và giữ chân nhân tài.
Phúc lợi tốt, còn lại thì không còn gì
