What I liked:
Sếp cực kì tâm lý, quan tâm và tìm cách giúp từng nhân viên trong công ty cảm thấy hứng thú với công việc mỗi ngày.
Văn hoá làm việc tự do và bình đẳng theo kiểu Mỹ: không gò bó thời gian, ai cũng có thể góp ý để tạo ra sản phẩm tốt nhất có thể.
Nhiều dự án khó, giúp nâng cao chuyên môn rất nhiều.
Đồng nghiệp thân thiện, giúp đỡ nhau, không giấu diếm gì cả.
Công ty không khuyến khích nhân viên OT, đề cao sự cân bằng giữa công việc - cuộc sống.
Suggestions for improvement:
Tìm cách lan toả tư duy "tự chủ" trong công việc tới nhiều bạn hơn nữa, tìm cơ chế giúp các bạn tự tin ra một số quyết định về sản phẩm mà không sợ trách nhiệm.
Văn phòng mới, đồng nghiệp thân thiện, bánh trái đầy đủ :D
