What I liked:
- Anh CEO siêu tâm lý và luôn tạo cơ hội phát triển cho nhân viên
- Cty deco khá đẹp, cơ sở vật chất tốt và ko ngừng nâng cấp
- Nhân viên thân thiện, dễ hòa đồng
- Chế độ đãi ngộ tốt, phù hợp với năng lực bản thân
- Được đào tạo từ yếu tới pro nếu có tinh thần học hỏi + trách nhiệm cao trong công việc
- Ngoài ra còn nhiều lắm các bạn tự vô trải nghiệm 😁
Hầu như không cần OT, nếu có thì chế độ khá tốt, có thể OT tại nhà or trên cty, có đầy đủ tiện nghi cho anh em OT xuyên đêm 🤣
Suggestions for improvement:
Anh em toàn có gia đình hết nên đi chơi hơi ít, bù lại ăn nhậu thì thường xuyên 🤣
