What I liked:
Không gian thoáng, ở tầng trệt nên không phải xếp hàng chờ thang máy. Có cái công viên nhỏ nhỏ lúc nào code căng quá ra ngồi hóng gió cũng khá ok. Văn phòng thoải mái, có mở nhạc nhẹ, pantry có coffee, snack nên ngồi code cảm giác cũng giống xách máy ra cafe ngồi.
Nhân viên nói chung đa phần trẻ, năng động, thoải mái, thích hợp cho các bạn trẻ muốn tìm kiếm cơ hội
Đãi ngộ ok, ít khi phải OT, nhưng có thì cũng được trả OT công bằng.
Có nhiều lớp training nội bộ
Có các hoạt động team building mỗi tháng và đội cầu lông, đá banh. À phòng gym và hồ bơi ngay cạnh cty. Có sẵn thẻ thành viên, muốn xài cứ lấy thẻ qua xài thôi.
ít khi phải OT, nhưng khi sếp yêu cầu OT thì sẽ được trả hợp lý
Suggestions for improvement:
Bạn nào đi Bạch Đằng 1 chiều thì kẹt xe sấp mặt luôn.
