The Group IT and IM (information Management) department is one of the pillars in the delivery of the ambitious business objectives of Damen Shipyards Group. Managing the growth by structuring the information on a global basis sets high standards on the availability and accessibility of our IT structure. The Damen Group IT & IM department delivers 24-7 availability to all entities using service hubs in Gorinchem, Vlissingen, Song Cam, Galatz and developing.

The BICC is managed by a BI manager and a technical team lead. The BICC consists of information analysts, a functional analyst and report developers. The BICC is responsible for the development, coordination and embedding of BI at all Damen companies that are connected to the central BI solution and collaborates internationally with Business Analysts who are strategically positioned in the Damen organization.
