What I liked:
Lương tốt, đồng nghiệp thân thiện , nhiều chương trình training để người mới có thể học hỏi
Suggestions for improvement:
Trong khi các công ty chọn văn phòng ở các tòa nhà sang chảnh, sạch sẽ , lịch sự thì ở đây văn phòng khá đơn giản và nghèo nàn nhằm tiết kiệm chi phí. Các hoạt động thể thao, vui chơi hầu như không có. Nhân viên không có cơ hội tham dự các hội thảo, các chương trình training quốc tế để tiếp cận các công nghệ mới như AI, block chain.. Hầu hết vào đây là đều quan biết CEO từ trước nên mới chấp nhận làm ở đây , còn nếu không thì có lẽ môi trường khác sẽ phù hợp hơn

Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
