What I liked:
Điều mình thích nhất là văn hóa làm việc của người Nhật — kỷ luật, đúng giờ và chú trọng chất lượng sản phẩm. Dự án được quản lý bài bản, quy trình rõ ràng, tài liệu đầy đủ nên công việc diễn ra suôn sẻ. Đồng nghiệp thân thiện, tôn trọng lẫn nhau và luôn hỗ trợ khi gặp khó khăn. Ban lãnh đạo quan tâm đến sự phát triển lâu dài của nhân viên, thường xuyên tổ chức các buổi đào tạo kỹ thuật và kỹ năng mềm. Ngoài ra, môi trường đa văn hóa giúp mình vừa trau dồi chuyên môn, vừa cải thiện tiếng Nhật và tiếng Anh.
Công ty quản lý thời gian rất tốt, hạn chế OT tối đa. Khi cần OT, luôn có thông báo rõ ràng và trả lương hoặc nghỉ bù đầy đủ.
Suggestions for improvement:
Có thể mở thêm các buổi giao lưu văn hóa và hoạt động ngoại khóa để gắn kết nhân viên Việt – Nhật hơn nữa. Ngoài ra, nên bổ sung thêm các khóa học tiếng Nhật miễn phí cho nhân viên muốn nâng cao khả năng ngôn ngữ.
