Nhìn chung khá ổn, công việc không nặng, không OT

What I liked:
- Không OT, công việc nhẹ nhàng.
- Có cơ hội tự nghiên cứu chuyên sâu cái gì mình thích.
- Mức lương trung bình so với mặt bằng chung. Không cao cũng không thấp.
- Nếu bạn ở đây và có ý thức tự giác học tập nghiên cứu thì skill sẽ được nâng cao. Nếu chỉ làm xong task rồi về thì bạn sẽ thụt lùi so với anh em dev khác (trong và ngoài công ty).
Công việc khá nhẹ nhàng, không OT, có thời gian để làm job khác song song (học skills khác).
Nhìn chung cũng ổn so với mặt bằng chung.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Có lẽ nên tăng lương xứng đáng cho những bạn đóng góp nhiều trong công ty.
- Có rất nhiều người lớn tuổi không đóng góp nhiều mà lương lại cao (điều này không nên) và thậm chí còn trốn việc để đi họp.
