Áp lực không cao, nhưng hãy cố gắng để lên chính thức
Ít khi phải OT, hoặc OT theo từng dự án. Tuy không được nhiều phúc lợi khi OT nhưng sẽ được thưởng các khoản riêng theo dự án mà đã OT
Suggestions for improvement:
Thêm đào tạo nội bộ cho nhân viên mới.
Thay đổi chính sách để cộng tác viên có cơ hội lên chính thức dễ dàng hơn
Tốt, môi trường thoải mái.
