What I liked:
Công ty nổi bật với môi trường và hiện tại công ty cũng có các quyền lợi cho các bạn(quyền lợi của nhân viên đang được các sếp xây lại), cty luôn có bữa tiệc mỗi tháng cho nhân viên. Mọi người đều rất thân thiện. Dễ lên cao tay nghề do có các senior, tech lead sẽ rèn các working standard coding standard cho các bạn. Mọi người cực kỳ thân thiện ngay cả sếp trên.
Cty không bắt buộc ai phải OT cả tùy dự án sẽ xin được OT hay không.
Suggestions for improvement:
Event công ty hay các hoạt động tạo động lực cho nhân viên chưa có hoặc chỉ cho 1 nhóm nhỏ.

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
