What I liked:
Công ty có yếu tố nước ngoài nên được hiểu thêm văn hóa làm việc của người Nhật. Độ tuổi nhìn chung trẻ nên thích hợp cho các em vào đây học tập
OT thủ tục hơi lằng nhằng giống các công ty khác nhưng có OT qua đêm thì vẫn thoải mái, luôn có sẵn trà bánh
Suggestions for improvement:
Nơi tổ chức sự kiện gần với văn phòng làm việc. Nên có không gian riêng

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
