What I liked:
- Môi trường công ty rất thoải mái, không nhiều drama, ít nói xấu, các phòng ban khá hoà đồng
- Được đóng bhxh full lương
- Các chuyến đi chơi hầu như là sang xịn và có các hoạt động tập thể khá hay ho
- Phù hợp với sinh viên mới ra trường và những người chưa lập gia đình
- Giờ giấc làm việc thoải mái
- Nhận lương đúng hạn
OT lễ tết, ngày nghỉ thì vẫn được tính thôi nhưng ngày thường lượng công việc nhiều thì vẫn phải ở lại làm và không có OT
Suggestions for improvement:
- Công ty không có định hướng phát triển lâu dài cho một số vị trí, đặc biệt là CM
- Lương bị dìm khá nhiều nếu bị nằm trong các vị trí được cho là không quan trọng hoặc đơn giản do sếp ghét
- Ai làm được việc thì bị giao việc làm xuyên ngày đêm cũng không hết, họ hàng người quen ngồi chill chill nhận lương đều đều
- Bà Lead Back office khá hãm (từng chứng kiến mấy đứa con ghẻ làm HR nghỉ 1 loạt và 1 bạn Finance vì bị đì lâu ngày nên nghỉ việc)
- Làm 5 năm không được khám sức khoẻ định kỳ
- Cty gia đình
- Đánh giá nhân viên của tháng chả biết dựa trên tiêu chí gì, chắc hầu như là do sếp quý
- Đặc biệt là nhân viên của năm 2022, danh sách được thưởng hầu như là tấu hề và không công bằng

Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
