Flexible working hour, bhxh full lương
Môi trường ổn, mọi người thân thiện
OT trả đầy đủ nhưng phải giải trình lí do phải OT trong khi client yêu cầu. OT rất khó được approve trong khi thiếu người làm.
Suggestions for improvement:
Chính sách công ty không cho đi team building xa, đi nội ô HCM.
Thiếu project, junior gánh senior.
Lương tăng rất chậm nên đầu vào cố gắng deal cao
Môi trường ổn những benefit đang siết lại, không được học cert nhiều
