What I liked:
+ Tự do phât triển ý tưởng nghiên cứu.
+ Chế độ lương thưởng rõ rang, chưa bao giờ thấy chậm lương.
+ Có nhiều hoạt động ngoại khoá, lên tinh thần cho anh em.
+ Sếp khá tâm lý và thoải mái.
+ Nhiều công nghệ để học hỏi
Suggestions for improvement:
+ Giờ OT là cái khó hiểu nhất ở công ty.
+ Hầu như mng đều có thái độ làm xong việc, thay vì làm đủ giờ, ngày làm không bao giờ dưới 9 tiếng, nên đôi lúc khá mệt.
+ Tuy hoạt động vui chơi nhiều, nhưng cảm giác tinh thần mng đều k muốn tham gia nhiệt tình, thay vào đó hình như mng chỉ tham gia cho đủ quyền lợi.
+ Khó giữ được người giỏi ở lại để phát triển công ty, do không có định hướng để phát triển năng lực, trình độ cho nhân viên, hầu như là để nhân viên tự học qua dự án.
Tính OT khá thiệt cho nhân viên, do cách tính khó hiểu.
Hơi có xu hướng bóc lột sức lao động
