In addition, according to ITviec’s IT Salary Survey 2023, almost 15% of IT enterprises’ workforce was laid off in Vietnam’s IT market. Given the concerning state of the market, IT leaders and professionals are experiencing a range of health problems, such as increased instances of “fear of missing out” (FOMO), higher levels of mental stress, and worsening physical health. These issues have become more common as a result of the recession.

What gives the winners of Vietnam Best IT Companies list its credibility?

ITviec mainly relies on aggregated data from “Company Reviews” page, submitted by employees to determine the Vietnam Best IT Companies (VBIT) winners. There is no entrance fee required from the companies.

The VBIT winners are selected based on high scores and comprehensive reviews that provide a detailed insight into the working environment of the company.
