Job description
We are looking for the candidate who can provide leadership and guidance to the test team on best practice, mentoring and supporting development of team members with training and growth plans. Manage resources effectively to ensure utilization is maximized, aligned to plan, budget and to timeframes.
Responsibilities:
- Willing to learn automation.
- In charge of coordinating task and allocation of team members within testing team.
- Managing and Coordinate Test Plan for each test cycle.
- Coordinate and review test cases and artifacts of team members to ensure consistency in testing deliverables.
- Ensure maintenance of test documentation (I.e., test cases, test script, RTM, Bug RCA).
- Review and report test status to Test Manager/Project stakeholders.
- Ensuring alignment and adherence to all relevant project policies and processes as per the project management framework.
Your skills and experience
- Basic knowledge on API (POSTMAN/RESTAPI)
- 8 to 10 years experiences
- Experience in Trading app testing, Jira.
- Good communication skill in English
