Job description

We are looking for a Tech Lead/ Senior Backend Engineer.

Your daily task:

  • Develop Java Backend part of various NAVER Services like Weverse, Security, VIBE, Commerce, Blog, NAVER Cloud etc.
  • Participating in code reviews and architecture design
  • Proactive, can-do attitude and strong commitment

Your skills and experience

Your background:

  • 6+ years of work experience on Backend systems with Java applications to serve large-scale and high-traffic projects.
  • Have +6 years of experience in Java Spring Framework
  • At least two years of experience in a leadership role
  • Experience or strong knowledge of MSA and k8s
  • Experience or strong knowledge of one of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB
  • Understanding & experience in Data structure, Algorithm, Distributed Service, OOP
  • Open-minded, honest and have a positive attitude toward people
  • Good at communication skills in general and English skills in particular

It's a big plus if you:

  • Have experience in DevOps
  • Have experience in Message Queue like Kafka
  • Have experience in ELK-stack
  • Have experience in Server Architecture Design for handling massive traffic
