Job description

The Senior Manual Quality Control (QA QC, Tester) is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of software quality and user experience across our diverse range of projects. This role focuses on meticulously testing software manually to identify bugs, usability issues, and other defects before they impact our users. The role acts as the final line of defense to ensure that our applications perform exactly as intended, which is critical for customer satisfaction and business success.

Your skills and experience

Key Responsibilities (Tester / QA QC):

• Manual Testing: Execute detailed manual test plans and test cases for new features and existing software updates to identify defects.
• Test Plan Development: Create comprehensive test plans and test cases that cover all aspects of functionality, usability, and system integration.
• User Experience Testing: Assess and report on the usability and user interface (UI) aspects of applications, ensuring that all features are user-friendly and meet customer expectations.
• Regression Testing: Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved or new functionality is introduced.
• Bug Reporting: Document bugs and issues clearly and concisely within our bug tracking system, providing detailed steps to reproduce and expected vs. actual results.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with development and QA automation teams to ensure high quality and timely delivery of software releases.

Requirements (Tester / QA QC):

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Hands-on experience in design/maintaining detailed, accurate, comprehensive coverage testcases.
• Good knowledge about testing concepts and Testing Foundation (Functional and Non-functional testing, Adhoc Testing, Exploratory testing, Non-UI testing, etc.).
• Carefulness, strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
• Good English communication skills, at least at reading and writing.
