Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Public Cloud Management:

• Deploy, manage, and monitor cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS Cloud.
• Optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency and scalability.

2. Infrastructure Automation (IaC):

• Develop and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Ensure infrastructure changes are versioned, tested, and managed effectively.

3. CI/CD Pipeline Management:

• Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the pipelines are integrated into the software development lifecycle.

4. Monitoring and Logging:

• Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Actively monitor system performance and resolve issues to maintain high availability and reliability.

5. Automation and Scripting:

• Automate routine tasks and processes using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Implement automation for deployment, scaling, and infrastructure management.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and IT teams to ensure smooth and efficient software deployments.
• Document processes, tools, and workflows in a Wiki for knowledge sharing.

7. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:

• Respond to production issues, analyze root causes, and implement long-term fixes.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed to support 24/7 operations.

Your skills and experience

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a similar role.
• Proficiency in AWS services and cloud management.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of repository management and Git strategies.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS certification(s).
• Experience with serverless architecture and microservices.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and tools.
