The job:

As Ruby on Rails Developer you will help build and scale the coolest and best job website in Vietnam. In doing so you will help IT people in Vietnam advance their careers, build great things and maybe even change the world. 

You will create a front-end UI so beautiful it makes users want to click the screen. Your back-end code will be so clean it will make a grown man cry. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable features from front-end to back-end with high-quality code.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to transform user stories into functional product features.
• Contribute beyond coding by suggesting improvements and enhancements to our products.
• Ensure the ITviec system is secure, highly available, and scalable.
• Directly report to Technical Lead

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails development.
• Good experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript/Stimulus.
• Solid understanding of principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Redis and Sidekiq.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Minitest or RSpec.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Amazon Web Services.
• Experience with Search Engines as Elasticsearch.
• Good verbal English communication skills
