Job description
Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis & Test Planning:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and analyze business requirements.
- Define testing objectives, success criteria, and develop detailed test plans.

Test Design & Execution:
- Execute writing test designs, and test cases based on the system specification documents.
- Develop automation test scripts based on available frameworks.
- Perform the following tests: manual UI test, API test, Mobile/Web test, Performance test, etc.

Defect Management:
- Log and track bugs, evaluate severity, and monitor resolution.
- Review failure analysis results and recommend improvements to reduce/eliminate defects.

Collaboration & Reporting:
- Report progress, challenges, and insights to the team and leadership.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to align testing efforts with project goals.
- Support team members as needed and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Methodology & Best Practices:
- Ensure testing aligns with quality standards and project requirements.
Your skills and experience
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in software testing (required).
- Strong expertise in creating and managing test artifacts (test plans, test cases, test scenarios, test reports).
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
- Proficient in using SQL for database validation and testing.
- In-depth understanding of testing phases (functional, regression, integration, performance, acceptance, load, black box, white box, automation).
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with the software product development lifecycle.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
Domain Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (required).
- Programming knowledge for automation testing is a plus.
- Experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Robot Framework) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in financial services projects is a bonus.
- Working knowledge of Agile models, particularly Scrum.
