Job description

Main task:

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals;
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects;
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
• Provide required technical information and briefings for our marketing team, community and support to assure optimal internal and external communication;
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project;

Others: 

• Research and understand the broader cryptocurrency / blockchain ecosystem, especially in relation to competing blockchain networks; 
• Develop visions and requirements, that deliver market leading innovative products; 
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.

Your skills and experience

Must have:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Product Manager or similar roles;
• At least 2 years in the crypto space with a proven track record of taking products from ideation to launch;
• Technical background, with experience in blockchain is a big advantage;
• Demonstrated skill in developing the product roadmaps and functional specifications, launching new products, conducting customer research, and informing user testing;
• Good English communication skills (speaking & writing) and should have strong Presentation capabilities;
• Experience with project management software tools. 

Nice to have:

• Proven leadership, initiative and strong partnership building required;
• Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience with working in a globally distributed team;
• Solid product research skills and a desire for coming up with cool innovative ideas.

Remuneration

• Earn up to $3000 + 13th month bonus, Tet bonus according to the company's business situation.
• Flexible working hours: 9:00-18:30 Monday-Friday, 1h30-minute lunch break.
