In this role you will

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Support the DevOps Manager in technical topics and high-level technical discussions with clients.
• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions such as Telegraf, InfluxDB, Grafana, AWS Cloudwatch, and Prometheus to ensure system health and performance.
• Enforce security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., OWASP, ISO 27000).
• Automate operations and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Containerize applications using technologies like Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
• Work with source control systems (Git, Gitflow) and manage branches, tags, and other related concepts.
• Analyze and optimize system performance, implementing caching, load balancing, and scaling solutions.
• Advanced database tuning and debugging skills, including slow queries identification, performance tuning, security hardening, and high-availability setup.
• Implement error exception tracking and APM tracing with tools like Sentry, NewRelic APM, Datadog APM, and Elasticsearch APM.
• Manage and distribute tasks, ensuring clear documentation, prioritization, and effective communication with team members and clients.
• Track progress, conduct regular check-ins, and resolve issues proactively to ensure project success.
• Advocating technical excellence within the team by identifying bottlenecks, removing blockers and enabling best practices.

Your skills and experience

What you will bring

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps, strong understanding of all AWS, GCP, Azure Cloud Services.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Containerize Orchestration – Experience in container technology and its concepts such as Docker, Kubernetes.
• Well working experience with the source control and its related concepts (Git, Gitflow, branches, tags, etc.).
• Have knowledge and work experiences with one of the following monitor systems such as Telegraf, InfluxDB, Grafana, AWS Cloudwatch, Prometheus.
• Extensive experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD processes using self-managed tools or relevant cloud technologies (e.g Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.).
• Strong DevOps mindset and excellent team player (Calm, Cooperative, Problem-solving focus, no Ego, Trust, and Respect).
• Strong English Communication skills, both verbal and written.

Big plus

• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis, and software design.
• Knowledge about Computer Security, Application Security, and Security Standards & Best Practices (e.g OWASP, ISO 27000, etc.).
• Advanced Database tuning and debugging skills (slow queries identification, performance tuning, security hardening, high-availability setup).
• Error exception tracking & APM tracing such as Sentry, NewRelic APM, Datadog APM, Elasticsearch APM is a big plus.
