Job description

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Product Owner and other IT developers to clarify requirements and propose solutions.
• Participate in the complete software development cycle (requirement analysis, planning, implementation, code review, testing, deployment, operation, monitoring, etc.).
• Backup source code, optimize security layers, and monitor server performance to handle high user loads.
• Continuously listen to user feedback to find ways to improve product quality.
• Research technologies and share knowledge with colleagues.

Your skills and experience

Full Stack Development: Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack development, specifically:

• React Native & Front-end Development: 
  • 3+ years of experience with React Native, Redux, ES6, and React Navigation.
  • Expertise in state management (Redux, Context, etc.), lifecycle methods, hooks, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with native build tools (XCode, Gradle), GIT, and Agile methodologies.
  • Skilled in debugging and deploying apps to Google Play and the App Store.
  • Experience with large codebases, third-party integrations, and native modules.
• Back-end Development: 
  • 3+ years of experience in JavaScript, NodeJS (ExpressJS, NestJS), and database design (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Proficient in deploying NodeJS applications and API design (GraphQL, RESTful).
  • Experience integrating third-party services and knowledgeable in CI/CD, unit testing, scaling applications, and server management (Nginx, HAProxy).

Additional Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in mobile performance and accessibility.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Proactive attitude towards self-improvement and exploring new technologies.
• Familiarity with caching strategies and server management is a plus.
• English language certification is advantageous.
