POSITION DESCRIPTION

• Position title: Lead Embedded Software Engineer
• Category: Software Development
• Position type: Full Time

• Work location: 19th Floor – The Hallmark Building, 15 Tran Bach Dang, Thu Thiem Ward - HCMC
• Reporting to: Supervisors (Vietnamese or Japanese)
• Work with: A team with 5 members

Your skills and experience

MFPs or the related software are embedded in many products, requiring a great deal of know-how and technology. Since many of our projects are large-scale, you can improve your skills and realize great results upon completion of the project.

Objective: Development of embedded software related to printer multifunction devices.

Job Responsibilities: The responsibility of the lead engineer is to summarize tasks of engineers and lead the project (Technical lead).

Job Description:

• You will be developing embedded controller software that operates on the controller board of printer multifunction devices.
• Debugging and evaluation will be conducted using either actual devices or simulators
• The ultimate role of a Software Engineer is to build high-quality, correctly functioning software in compliance with coding standards.
• Collaborate with bridge engineers to lead the development planning, operation, and quality assurance of the project.

Job Requirements

• Work Experience: Management experience in software development for 3 years or more, or experience as a software engineer for 7 years or more.
• Language Proficiency: Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher is preferred, and English fluently - spoken, listening, and written.
• Ability to actively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
• Having the motivation to work for a long period (10 years or more), as a founding member of the company.

Education/Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Relevant technology certifications
