Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated QA/Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Ideally, we are looking for someone with at least 1-2 years of experience in software testing or business analysis. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI driven web applications, along with gathering and analyzing business requirements. While experience is not a strict requirement, a decent level of English and a willingness to engage with customers or clients when necessary are essential.

Role Responsibilities

• Testing: Perform manual testing on web applications to identify bugs and ensurefunctionality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers and designers to ensure that new features meet quality standards.
• Documentation: Create reports of bugs and suggest improvements for user experience and performance.
• Business Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into actionable insights that align with client needs and product goals.
• Client Interaction: Be open to meeting with customers or clients to gather requirements and provide updates when necessary.

Your skills and experience

• Experience: Prior experience in software testing or business analysis is a plus.
• Skills:
  o Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  o Decent English skills for both communication or testing purposes. 
  o Basic understanding of manual testing processes.
  o Eagerness to meet with customers or clients as part of the role.
• Availability: Full-time availability to work on-site in Danang, Vietnam.
