Job description

• Planning and growing Japanese SWAT team.
• Leading and motivating SWAT team, which may include members with varying levels of Japanese proficiency.
• Involving in communicating, building business with Japanese client from presale stage.
• Addressing client concerns, expectations and resolving issues effectively.
• Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among internal/ external teams and with stakeholders.
• Managing dependencies between teams and ensure excellent execution.
• Proactively identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Your skills and experience

• Fluency in Japanese and English is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 10+ years of experience in the software industry.
• 10+ hand-on experience in project delivery and business development with Japan.
• Sound knowledge of project/ program/ portfolio management.
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate teams.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
