Job description
Responsibilities
Implementing all the testing processes and activities related to software testing which can be deploying test environment from development environment to production environment, including but not limited to following responsibilities:
• Understanding the Product and project Quality requirements.
• Understanding the Software Requirements specification document. (in-scope, out-scope)
• Build and manage the test plan, test strategies, test approaches, test methodology, test environment, test deliverables
• Identify the risks related Testing (identifying the risks, defining the mitigation & contingency plan..)
• Software testing analysis, bugs analysis, requirements analysis, bugs review, identification of test metrics.
• Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing testing specifications, test cases and test strategies
• Analyze, design tests and test execute suites in back-end code or front-end code.
• Design test cases, test data, execute, Log & Tracking bug, Test Report
• Track Testing daily tasks, Monitoring the progress of test activities
• Analyze test metrics, evaluate product quality to identify risks, issues, root causes and define solutions
• Report on the status of bugs, issues of the software products.
• Improve testing process, research new testing techniques
• Participate in training, coaching, seminar, workshop, event about manual testing
• Lead a team of testers implementation
• Propose the test models, services
• Develop testing unit
• Provide training/coaching and sharing at FSO level
• Propose test approach, test improvement
• Review Test Estimation, Test Plan
• Join to create/review proposals for bidding
Your skills and experience
Job Qualifications
• 3 years of experience as Test Manage
• Ability to build test team, training/cost at least 10 test members
• The successful level of project/product/component/ops, that you have designed, tested, supported, migrated, deployed, managed software or components, maintenance systems or software modules.
• Activities to support/training other projects/team, presenter of workshop, webinar, contribute IP/solution (test script, test data set)
Experience of Perform expert one of activities

• Building the testing process
• Creating test strategies
• Creating test matrix
• Creating template definition
