Job description
- Engage in direct communication with Japanese clients to ascertain project requirements for software development within the company.
- Translate project requirement specification documents. Understand the project requirements and convey them to the development team.
- Participate in online or offline meetings with the development team in Vietnam and partners in Japan to discuss job content, technical solutions, and project implementation methods.
- Assist in project management tasks such as schedule management and development process management.
- Support the software quality assurance team by liaising with clients during the product testing phase.
- Compile reports for clients and management.
- Assist the sales team in communication with clients and prepare project-related documents and reports.
- Support Japanese clients during business trips to Vietnam.
Your skills and experience
- Graduated in relevant fields related to Japanese language (N1~N2) with proficient communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in translation and interpretation, particularly in the software industry. Fresh graduates are welcomed with strong aspirations.
- Proficiency in office software, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to handle tasks quickly and accurately.
- Good communication and persuasive skills.
- Detail-oriented, honest, and persistent.
- Dynamic, confident, creative, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Candidates who demonstrate continuous effort and contribute ideas for work development are preferred.
- Previous experience working in Japanese, European, or American companies is advantageous.
