Job description
We are looking for a Data Analyst who can crunch customer data to understand their preferences, and uncover behavioral patterns, trends, and correlations that allow us to better understand our customers, and provide them with a tailored product experience.
Job Description:
- Monitoring industry trends to identify opportunities for new products that could benefit the company.
- Researching to identify customer preferences, needs, and attitudes about products or services.
- Compiling reports based on findings from research and data analysis to provide recommendations for decision-makers.
- Identifying customer needs and then designing and implementing solutions that meet those needs with appropriate products or services.
- Recognizing patterns utilizing customer data and providing insights to the Product Team.
- Work closely with engineering, and product to scope and implement new features.
- Ensuring that the data that is available is accurate and reliable.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Your skills and experience
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- 3+ years in Data Analyst position for software projects.
- Strong English communication is a must-have.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Understand data pipelines.
- Strong intuition for user behavior.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with strong project management skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience creating dashboards in PostHog & Metabase.
- Analyst Certificates.
- Practical experience with Python, and R.
