Job description

PASONA TECH VIETNAM is a 100% Japanese-owned company specializing in producing software and providing information technology services for domestic and foreign Japanese companies. Due to our business expansion, we need to recruit Designer with the following job content:

• Design and optimize UI/UX for desktop, mobile, and website applications, ensuring responsive and user-friendly designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and maintain the design system.
• Design marketing materials such as key visuals, banners, social posts, and video advertisements, ensuring alignment with Japanese-Vietnamese standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement designs, enhance user experience, and support offshore projects and internal events.
• Customize and maintain WordPress websites, implementing SEO measures to improve visibility and performance.
• Stay updated on design trends and web technologies, applying improvements based on user feedback and analytics.

Working hours:

• Mon - Fri, 8:00 - 17:00

Your skills and experience

Requirements

• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar).
• At least 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and iOS/Android platform guidelines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English

Preference

• Knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) is preferred.
• Experience in WordPress customization and SEO measures is preferred.
• Experience working in a Japanese company or understanding Japanese design styles is a plus. 
• Familiarity with web marketing and direction is an advantage.
• Communication skills in Japanese
