Job description

• Develop and maintain backend services. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication in English. 
• Ensure code quality, adhere to SOLID principles, apply design patterns, and optimize database performance. 
• Resolve technical issues related to backend systems and databases. 
• Experience in training and team-leading skills, leading a software development team 
• Understanding team vision and business strategy and communication skills to deliver business requirements to the development team

Your skills and experience

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., NodeJS, Python, Ruby, etc.) 
• 5 years or more experience Strong understanding of databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and server-side logic 
• 3 years or more experience Knowledge of backend best practices, including SOLID principles and design patterns. 
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git). 
• Good communication skills in English for effective collaboration with international teams. 
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) 
• 3 years or more experience Knowledge of security best practices 
• Experience in leading a software development team2 years or more experience 
• Experience in team management and project management 

Desirable Traits: 

• Strong problem-solving skills. 
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated. 
• Experience with microservices architecture. 
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). 
• Familiar with DevOps best practices and experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines. 
• Active participation and contribution to open source projects and experience working with communities. 
• Expertise in security and practical experience in vulnerability countermeasures and security best practices. 
• Experience in understanding business needs and building backend architecture and development strategies based on them. 
• Skills in clearly and effectively communicating team results and technical strategies to other departments and senior management.
