Job description

• Work with Technical Leads to understand the system architecture 
• Work with Product Owners & QC to resolve user’s pain points 
• Design and implement Go microservices in order to replace the legacy Order Management System 
• Do unittesting to ensure the code coverage 
• Continuously integrate with 3rd marketplace like Amazon, Etsy, eBay,…. for syncing data 
• Continuously integrate with Netsuite ERP for syncing business data 
• Work with Frontend Engineers to understand the design systems and frontend architecture
• Work with UI/UX Designers to achieve users' best experiences 
• Design and implement the frontend pages for Order Management System applications
• Design the protocols for bridging Frontend and Backend 
• Guide and elevate Junior Software Engineers, fostering their skills 
• Cooperate with Technical Lead to build a high-performing team, helping the team continuously growing. 
• Proactively collected enough knowledge and skills for next career level-up. 
• Improve the productivity and give ideas to accomplish the tasks or improving the system

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. 
• 4-5 years experience in same position Software Engineer 
• 3-4 years experience working with Go language 
• 1-2 years experience working with ReactJS 
• Strong understanding of Go language (or Python, NodeJS) 

JOB OVERVIEW 

• Lots of experience working with microservices architecture 
• Good understanding of JS frontend framework Familiar with Clean Code, Twelves Factor, Domain Driven Design, Test Driven Design, Behavioural Driven, Design, Data Driven Design 
• Well-working experience with source control and its related concepts (Git, Gitflow, branches, tags, etc.)
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis, and software design. 
• Strong Engineering mindset and excellent team player (Calm, Cooperative, Problem-solving focus, no Ego, Trust, and Respect) 
• Familiar with Cloud Environment applications 

Big Plug:

• Advanced Database tuning and debugging skills (slow queries identification, performance tuning, security hardening, high-availability setup) 
• Extensive experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD processes using self-managed tools or relevant cloud technologies (e.g Jenkins, CircleCI, etc.) 
• Have knowledge and work experiences with one of the following monitor systems such as InfluxDB, Grafana, AWS Cloudwatch, Prometheus 
• Error exception tracking & APM tracing such as Sentry, NewRelic APM, Datadog APM, Elasticsearch APM is a big plus
• Have experience working with logging systems such as Elastic Stack (ELK/EFK).
