Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operations of Local Workflow Approval System.
• Liaise with vendor partners for technical support, addressing and resolving any issues for local workflow approval system.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to understand requirements and deliver effective workflow solutions.
• Organize user and vendor meetings and manage daily tasks and schedules through Azure DevOps to monitor performance.
• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
• Plan and assess cloud-based solutions, working with stakeholders during migration processes.
• Project Manager for the Local Workflow modules Enhancement with HOPES.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure documentation compliance with ISO standards.
• Participate in Global Business Process Management (BPM) project. Overseas business trips may be assigned.
• Be part of the New Quotation (CPQ) regional implementation and support member.
• Able to contribute some AI activities in the areas of work 
   

Your skills and experience

Experience

• 8+ years of relevant experience in application development and project management.
• Proven experience with MS DevOps, MS Power Platform, and CI/CD in Azure environments.
• Extensive experience in managing, deploying, and supporting cloud-based applications.
• Proficiency in database systems such as SQL.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI is a plus.
• Some programming knowledge using Python.

Technology Stack

• Good written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to influence and effectively communicate with non-technical audiences and senior management.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, customer orientation, team interaction and effectiveness, proactive approach, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Ability to research and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI.
• Understanding of Azure cloud services and deployment models (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Professional Certifications: CSM, DevOps, and Cloud Solution Architect are an added advantage.
