What I liked:
Văn phòng đẹp, rộng rãi, nhân viên được trang bị đầy đủ thiết bị. Em làm Tester được trang bị 2 màn hình Dell, chuột dùng mướt lắm.
Mức OT được chi trả rất cao, thời gian làm việc khá linh động
Suggestions for improvement:
Hiện tại thì em chưa nghĩ ra được ạ, nhưng theo em thấy so với các công ty khác thì công ty môi trường làm việc rất thoải mái, anh chị em cũng rất nhiệt tình support. Em làm tại công ty mình từ lúc Intership nên cũng được anh chị support nhiều.
Công ty còn mới nên chỉ tầm 40 người, nhưng được cái MN hòa đồng và vui vẻ.

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
