What I liked:
Có chế độ WFH.
Có quy trình làm việc khá ổn.
Có đầu tư thiết bị.
Sếp thân thiện cởi mở.
PM của mình làm việc rất có tâm với members.
Các team members đều thân thiện, trao đổi làm việc thoải mái, đều nhằm mục đích chung.
Mình OT đc tính đầy đủ, hệ số 1.5. Lúc mình còn làm thì sau 19h mới đc tính OT nha :D.
Suggestions for improvement:
Do là công ty outsource cho Nhật và dev phải thông qua comtor để communicate khá tốn thời gian. cải thiện đc khâu này sẽ nâng hiệu suất lên cao nữa.
