What I liked:
Chế độ công ty ổn định, có chiều sâu về phúc lợi do lãnh đạo quan tâm kịp thời, đặc biệt sau đại dịch covid
Suggestions for improvement:
Quản lý không có quyền lực thực tế, bị phụ thuộc quá nhiều vào người Hàn.
Công nghệ vẫn bị vendor thâu tóm và triển khai tại hầu hết các công đoạn, không có môi trường cho kỹ sư người Việt vươn lên làm chủ công nghệ.
Lãng phí quá nhiều thời gian tại công ty, sếp đánh giá mức độ chăm chỉ là quan trọng nhất
Môi trường bảo mật nghiêm ngặt, lương không cao, ổn định

Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
