What I liked
- Lương là cái mà chắc mọi người ai cũng muốn nghe hơn hết, nên mình nói về nó trước hen. Thật ra mình cũng code for food thôi, nên nếu lương bèo nhèo thì mình sẽ skip. Theo kinh nghiệm mình thì lương ở đây cao hơn mặt bằng chung so với các công ty Nhật khác, nhưng cũng vì vậy mình cũng sẽ code chất lượng, cẩn thận hơn.
- Tiếp theo là môi trường, vì lương tốt mà môi trường toxic, đấu đá thì cũng chẳng nên vào làm gì, nhưng được cái ở đây mình thấy mọi người rất thân thiện, chủ động giúp đỡ nhau, đồng nghiệp thì hề hước, tốt tính hay mua đồ ăn cho mọi người ăn chung.
- Project thì sử dụng công nghệ mới, làm đúng chuyên môn chớ không bắt làm lung tung như một vài công ty khác.
- Thường xuyên có buổi chia sẻ kinh nghiệm, kiến thức (docs, presentation...) giữa các đồng nghiệp, giúp level up lẫn nhau.
- Sếp nice, khá dễ gần, quan tâm nhân viên, có thể nói chuyện trao đổi đóng góp ý kiến trực tiếp.
- Có cơ hội giao tiếp tiếng Anh, học tiếng Nhật miễn phí.
- Check-in trễ có thể làm bù trong ngày hoặc ngày hôm sau (giờ giấc thoải mái).
- Không có OT, sếp khuyến nghị dành 80% thời gian làm việc cho task, 20% còn lại để phát triển bản thân.

- Công ty có thể giảm máy lạnh được không, em lạnh lẽo quá ( ͡ಥ ͜ʖ ͡ಥ)
