Môi trường thân thiện cởi mở, giờ giấc linh hoạt. Sếp không quá khắt khe, chỉ quan tâm hiệu quả công việc thôi
Ít khi phải OT, nếu có OT thì sẽ trả tiền hoặc quy đổi ngày phép, tuỳ dự án
Suggestions for improvement:
Lương thưởng chưa cạnh tranh so với thị trường, từ level Senior phải kiêm nhiệm nhiều khá vất vả
