- Quy trình làm việc rõ ràng
- Sếp giỏi, có trình độ, nhiều kinh nghiệm chỉ dạy
- Định hướng công việc cụ thể
Tùy dự án mới có OT nhưng 1 số dự án lương OT được trả không đúng quy định do budget hạn hẹp
Suggestions for improvement:
- Do làm outsource nên 1 số dự án OT nhiều
- Công nghệ nhiều dự án còn cũ, chủ yếu là maintain ít làm mới
Đồng nghiệp quá là thân thiện luôn ấy
