What I liked:
- Phù hợp cho sinh viên mới ra trường, cần kinh nghiệm, trải nghiệm thực tế khi đi làm.
- Một người có thể tham gia nhiều dự án
- Tham gia giải trí ngoài giờ làm ( chơi game, đá bóng,...)
- Thời gian làm không quá gò bó
- Môi trường hòa đồng
- Sếp quan tâm đến nhân viên, tôn trọng ý kiến nhân viên
OT được đi kèm với phúc lợi xứng đáng, hợp lý.....
Suggestions for improvement:
- Mức lương so với mặt bằng chung hơi thấp
- Chưa có lộ trình phát triển rõ ràng
- Một người care nhiều dự án, làm nhiều vị trí dẫn tới việc không đi sâu, không thực sự hiểu hết một vị trí.
Môi trường tốt, career path rõ ràng, đội ngũ trẻ năng động
