An ideal place for the first steps in my career

What I liked:
The startup environment, flexible working hours, and convenient location make it ideal. The friendly workplace, manageable workload, and opportunities to learn and grow from my line manager, teammates, and other departments make me love working here (in my position at this time)
Honestly, I don’t feel anything about it because I don’t have any overtime (in my postition at this time)
Suggestions for improvement:
1. A larger pantry space
2. More structured training and learning opportunities (though I understand everyone is busy with their own tasks)
3. Regular bonding sessions for project teams (both within and across departments) and department teams (both within and across projects) to enhance communication
4. While having two working floors has its benefits, it can also be a drawback, potentially hindering communication between teammates in the same project and across departments

Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
